Duties and taxes on international shipments will be charged to the recipient upon the destination country. If the recipient refuses the package or refuses to pay for duties and taxes, REQTUS reserves the right to deny refunds and/or return requests.

Shipping Terms and Agreement for CBD Products

* General Terms: This agreement outlines the terms and conditions related to the purchase and shipping of CBD products from Reqtus. By making a purchase, the customer agrees to the terms set forth herein.

* Customer Responsibility: It is the sole responsibility of the customer to be aware of and understand the laws and regulations related to CBD products in their respective country or region. This includes, but is not limited to, the legality of importation, possession, and use.

* Country's CBD Product Policy: Before making a purchase, customers must ensure that they have researched and confirmed that CBD products can be legally imported to and used in their country. Reqtus will not be held responsible for any legal consequences or confiscation of products due to the customer's lack of awareness or understanding of their country's CBD policy.

* No Refunds for Confiscated Items: If a product is confiscated by customs or any other government agency due to CBD restrictions in the customer's country, Reqtus will not be liable for refunds, replacements, or any form of compensation.

* Shipping Liability: While Reqtus will take all reasonable steps to ensure the safe and timely delivery of its products, we cannot be held responsible for delays, damages, or losses due to customs checks, inspections, or any other actions taken by government agencies in the destination country.

* Indemnification: The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Reqtus, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or legal actions resulting from the customer's purchase, possession, or use of CBD products in regions where it is prohibited.

* Updates and Changes: Reqtus reserves the right to update or modify these shipping terms and agreement at any time without prior notice. It is the customer's responsibility to review these terms periodically for any changes.
